摘要
目的研究Cyclin E与P21在胃腺癌组织中的表达及其相关性。方法通过免疫组化染色方法来检测34例正常胃黏膜组织和98例胃腺癌组织中Cyclin E与P21蛋白的表达情况,分析比较其表达与临床病理特征的关系以及两者之间的相关性。结果 Cyclin E在胃腺癌中的阳性表达率明显高于正常胃黏膜组织,并且差异具有统计学意义(χ2=50.80,P<0.05)。P21在正常胃黏膜组织中阳性表达率高于胃癌组织,并且差异具有统计学意义(χ2=38.03,P<0.05)。Cyclin E在胃癌中阳性表达率在临床分期晚、低分化和有淋巴转移的患者中的阳性表达率明显的高于临床分期早、高分化没有淋巴转移的患者,并且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);P21在但是在临床分期晚、低分化和有淋巴转移的患者中的阳性表达率明显的低于临床分期早、高分化没有淋巴转移的患者,并且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Cyclin E和P21在胃癌组织的阳性表达为负相关(r=-0.51,P<0.05)。结论 Cyclin E和P21在胃癌中的阳性表达为负相关,提示Cyclin E和P21在胃癌的发生中起到了协同作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and its correlation of Cyclin E and P21 in stomach aden -ocarcinoma.Methods The expression of Cyclin E and P21 were investigated by using immunohistochemical staining in 34 cases of normal gastric mucosa and 98 cases of stomach adenocarcinoma. The levels of Cyclin E and P21 positive expression in stomach adenocarcinoma were ana1yzed against clinical pathological factors and its correlation. Results The positive rate of Cyclin E on the stomach adenocarcinoma tissue was higher than on the normal gastric mucosa, with significantly difference (χ2=50.80,P〈0.05); the positive rate of P21 on the stomach aden -ocarcinoma tissue was lower than on the normal gastric mucosa, with significantly difference (χ2=38.03,P〈0.05).The positive rate of Cyclin E in stomach adenocarcinoma in late clinical stage, low differentiation and lymph node metastasis in patients with positive expression rate were significantly higher than that of early clinical stage, lymph node metastasis in patients with no high differentiation, with significantly difference ( P〈0.05 ); the positive rate of P21 in stomach adenocarcinoma in late clinical stage, low differentiation and lymph node metastasis in patients with positive expression rate were significantly lower than that of early clinical stage, lymph node metastasis in patients with no high differentiation, with significantly difference(P〈0.05). and the positive expression of P21 and Cyclin E in gastric cancer tissue was negative correlation (r=-0.51, P〈0.05).Conclusion The positive expression of Cyclin E and P21 in stomach adenocarcinoma were negatively correlated, may indicated that Cyclin E and P21 were play the synergistic affection on the promote of stomach adenocarcinoma.
