清涧县三北防护林工程建设存在的问题与解决对策

在系统的调查和研究的基础上,结合清涧三北防护林的现状并对三北防护林的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益及面临的问题进行了分析评价,提出了新时期三北防护林工程建设的战略思想。

Based on the inve erated from Three--North stlgation Shelterb e ecological benefits,social benefits and economic benefits gen elt project implementation were analyzed. Problems existed in the project implementation as well as the measures for improvement were suggested in relation to the new socialist countryside and harmonious society.
