面向中小型服装加工行业生产管理系统的开发

Development of a Production Management System for Small-and-medium-sized Enterprise

针对目前中小型服装加工企业存在缺乏有效的科学管理机制、缺少完善的工艺数据库以及未能对人员信息完整保存等问题,本文设计了一个面向中小型服装加工行业的生产管理系统,对企业生产相关的资源信息进行合理的组织和管理.采用可视化编程软件DELPHI7,建立了一个界面美观,使用方便,运行稳定的系统,并引用Microsoft SQL Server作为后台数据库,建立了包含人员信息在内的全面的工艺资料数据库,旨在指导和管理产品的生产,实现企业内部各部门之间的资源共享,帮助企业有效减少产前准备时间,提高企业对市场快速反应能力.

In this paper, a production management system has been built for the middle and small sized enterprises. Through this system, the resources can be well organized and managed. It is bene- ficial to instruct and manage the production process and it helps the enterprises to share the re- sources among all the departments within the company. The system and the database were developed based on Delphi 7 and Microsoft SQL Server respectively, which could help to reduce the prepare time before the production and achieve the goal of quick response.
