Specific oxidation of honokiol by Cunninghamella echinulata

摘要 Among 37 species of microbial strains, Cunninghamella echinulata AS 3.3400 were found to possess the ability to transform honokiol to (R)-magnolignan C (1) and (S)-magnolignan C (2) by regio-specific oxidation. Among them, 1 was a new compound. The structures of two compounds were determined by the analyses of CD, MS and NMR spectroscopic data. 在所试验的37株微生物中,发现刺孢小克银汉霉Cunninghamella echinulata AS 3.3400能在和厚朴酚的8位上进行特异性氧化作用。通过质谱、核磁共振、CD等波谱方法确定了产物(R)-magnolignan C(1)和(S)-magnolignan C(2)的结构。其中1为新化合物。
