摘要
以碳酸钙作为沉淀剂 ,研究了搅拌强度、碳酸钙用量、反应时间、反应温度等因素 ,对湿法磷酸中P2 O5 收率及硫、氟、砷的脱除率的影响 ,并通过正交实验 ,得出了适宜的工艺条件 ,在适宜的工艺条件下可得到较纯净的湿法磷酸。
Taking the Calium Carbonate as precipitation agent, to study the effects of these factors such as calcium carbonate quantity, reaction time & temperature ETC on the P 2O 5 production rate in the wet process phosphoric acid production and the removal rate of the sulphur, fluor and arsenic, also through the experiment to master the appropriate process production conditions and to get the more pure wet process phosphoric acid.
