在分析国际、国内电子商务发展情况,电子商务与批发零售物流业的发展关系基础上,提出互联网技术,电子商务的"井喷式"发展趋势,正深刻改变着商贸流通业整体面貌,传统服务业正向高技术含量高资本投入的现代服务业转变。

This paper has analyzed the development of the relationship between international and domestic e-com- merce development, development relationship of e-commerce and wholesale and retail logistics industry, this paper put forward a spurt of development trend of e-commerce which was profoundly changing the overall appearance of commercial circulation; traditional service industry was turning into modern service industry which was more capital investment and more high-tech.
