由中国五环化学工程公司进行半交钥匙工程承包的黑龙江化工厂尿素装置 ,经过 36个月基本建成 ,第 49个月厂方验收 ,完满地实施合同。文章着重从费用、进度和质量控制 ,工作评述 ,与业主关系方面对项目全过程进行了较详细的介绍。
The semi turnkey engineering project——urea plant of Hellongjiang chemical plant, contracted to china wuhuan Chemical Engineering corp. has been basically in 36 months built, and accepted by client at 49 th month from effectiveness of contract, all the contract tasks have been fulfilled fully. This paper introduces in more detail the whole process of this project from the aspects of cost schedule quality control, work commentary and the relations with client.
