The Construction and Perfection on The Construction of Rural Public Cultural Service System in Heilongjiang Province

十一五期间,黑龙江省文化建设实现了快速发展,一个覆盖城乡、惠及全民的公共文化服务体系框架基本形成。文章总结了近年来取得的成就,挖掘公共文化服务体系建设中存在的不足,并提出了相应对策。

During the period of “11 th Five-Year Plan”, culture construction of Heilongjiang Province develop more rapidly .A public cultural service system at the county and township and benefitting the rural population is put in place .This paper summed up the achievements in recent years , found the deficiencies during the construction on cultural service system , and propose appropriate measures .
