摘要 合成了一种含硫、氮的杂环衍生物,采用四球及环块摩擦试验机研究了其在液体石蜡中的摩擦学性能。结果表明:基础油的抗磨性能和承载能力得到明显提高,减摩性能也有所改善。采用X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析了摩擦表面的特性。结果表明:添加剂在摩擦过程中发生了摩擦化学反应。吸附的有机物及摩擦化学反应产物在金属表面上形成了一层具有抗磨减摩性能的膜,有效地降低了基础油的摩擦磨损,提高了其承载性能。 In this paper a heterocyclic derivative was synthesized. When added to its tribolog-ical performance liquid paraffin was evaluated on a four-ball tester and a ring-on -block machine. Comparing with the base oil, the results indicated that the wear resistance and load-carrying capacities of the oil with novel additive were improved, and the friction coefficient was decreased. The nature of the film formed on the rubber surface was investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis. The results of XPS analysis indicated the tribochemistry reaction between the additive and metal surface had been taken during the friction process. The antiwear film consisting of adsorbed organic compounds and tribochemistry reaction product was formed on the metal suface, which was effective in enhancing load carrying capacity, improving antiwear and reducing friction properties of base stock.
