水稻两用核不育系选育技术路线的改进 被引量:2

摘要 两系杂交稻在生产上已经被广泛应用,但好的不育系却屈指可数,原因是过去水稻(Oryza sativaL.)两用核不育系的选育存在技术漏洞.提出了更加高效的选育水稻两用不育系的方法,即改F2低世代开始选择不育株为F2~F5代选择可育株,这种方法具有四大优点,一是增加了中选单株的可靠性,二是可大大提高不育系的选育效率,三是可增加米质选择的可靠性,四是配合力有保障. Two-line hybrid rice has been widely used in production,but good sterile lines are few.This is because there are some problems in the breeding technology of two line rice genic male sterile in the past.This paper introduced a more efficient method for breeding genic male sterile line,which can change the selection from starting selection of sterile plants at F2 to starting selection of fertile plants at F2-5 generation.The method has the advantages of increasing the reliability of selected line,greatly improving the efficiency of breeding male sterile line,increasing the reliability of selection for rice quality and ensuring a good combining ability.
