黑胚病对邯郸市主要小麦品种种子及发芽的影响

Effects of Wheat Black Point on Seeds and Seeds Germination of Wheat in Handan City

研究河北省邯郸市推广的11个小麦品种的黑胚病情况及黑胚病对小麦种子发芽的影响.结果表明,11个小麦品种均感染黑胚病,病粒率为2.62％～23.31％,不同品种间存在显著差异.黑胚病对小麦千粒重、发芽势、发芽率及幼苗整齐度都有影响,随着病级增加其影响更为明显.在供试品种中,豫麦49、衡观35和师栾02-1表现较好,病粒率低,发芽势和发芽率较高.

The condition of wheat black point of 11 wheat varieties promoted in Handan and its effect on seed germination was studied.The results showed that all 11 wheat varieties were infected with wheat black point with the rate of diseased grain between 2.62％～23.31％.There were significant difference among the wheats tested.The black point of wheat affected 1 000-grain weight,germinating potentiality,germination rate and germination uniformity.It affected more significantly with the increase of the disease degree.Among the tested wheat varieties,Yumai 49,Hengguan35 and Shiluan 02-1 performed better than others with lower infected grain percentage,higher germinating potentiality and germination rates.
