3种生物农药对4种非靶标生物的毒性及安全评价 被引量:3

摘要 通过测定5亿PIB/g甜菜夜蛾多角体病毒SC、30%茶皂素AS、1×1011个/g枯草芽孢杆菌WP 3种生物农药对蜜蜂、鹌鹑、斑马鱼和家蚕的急性毒性,对其进行环境安全评价。结果表明,5亿PIB/g甜菜夜蛾多角体病毒SC和1×1011个/g枯草芽孢杆菌WP对蜜蜂、鹌鹑、斑马鱼和家蚕的LD50或LC50均高于检测上限,为低毒级农药;30%茶皂素AS对蜜蜂、鹌鹑和斑马鱼为低毒级,对家蚕的LC50(96 h)为114 a.i.mg/L,为中毒级。试验可为这3种生物农药的合理使用提供科学依据。 The acute toxicity of 3 bio-pesticides including 5 hundred million PIB/g beet armyworm Polyhedrosis Virus SC,30% tea saponin AS and 1×1011 Bacillus subtilis per gram on bee,partridge,zebra fish and silkworm were evaluated.The experiment environment was evaluated.The results showed that the LC50 or LD50 of 5 hundred million PIB/g beet armyworm Polyhedrosis Virus SC and 1×1011 Bacillus subtilis on bee,partridge,zebra fish and silkwor were higher than the highest detection limit.30% tea saponin AS had low toxicity on bee,partridge and zebra fish,but had moderate toxicity of 114 mg/L of LC50(96h) on silkworm.The experiment would provide evidence for proper use of the bio-pesticides.
