摘要
分别于夏季和冬季2个时期,在31份湖北板栗(Castanea mollissima)品种(类型)资源的离体枝条上接种栗疫病病菌菌株C(Cryphonectria parasitaca),观察各品种(类型)资源感染栗疫病的潜伏时期,测定接种20 d时的发病率和病斑面积,综合评价各品种(类型)对栗疫病的抗性,筛选出抗性品种(类型)。综合夏季和冬季2个时期试验,结果表明,红毛早、中迟栗、鄂栗1号、罗田浅刺、红光油栗5个品种(类型)为高抗栗疫病材料,宣化红、罗田乌壳栗、腰子栗、大果中迟栗、金优3号、母圃1号、京山浅刺、青毛早8个品种(类型)为抗性材料;夏季接种栗疫病病原菌的板栗品种枝条对栗疫病抗性程度强于冬季。
31 chestnut cultivars (Castanea mollissima) from Hubei province were inoculated with chestnut blight fungus,Cryphonectria parasitica in winter and summer in vitro.The resistance of the cultivars against chestnut blight fungus was comprehensively evaluated based on the latent period.The infection rate and diameter of the spots were measured after 20 days.Resistant cultivars were screened.The results showed that 5 cultivars including ‘Hongmaozao',‘Zhongchili',‘ELi No.1',‘Luotianqianci' and ‘Hongguangyouli' were highly resistant.8 cultivars including ‘Xuanhuahong',‘Luotianwukeli',‘Yaozili',‘Daguozhongchili',‘Jinyou No.3',‘Mupu No.l',‘Jingshanqianchi' and‘Qingmaozao' were resistant.The resistance of the chestnut cultivars to chestnut blight fungus in summer was higher than that in winter.
