PEG-6000胁迫下6份狼尾草萌发期抗旱性研究 被引量:13

Studies on Drought Resistance of 6 Pennisetum alopecuroides(L.) Spreng at Seed Germination Stage under PEG-6000 Stress

摘要 以不同渗透势的聚乙二醇-6000(PEG-6000)溶液模拟干旱胁迫条件,对6份不同来源的狼尾草[Pennisetum alopecuroides (L.)Spreng]种质资源的萌发特性和抗旱能力进行了研究.结果表明,低浓度的PEG胁迫除了对LW4的发芽有抑制作用外,对其他材料种子的萌发表现为促进作用;20%PEG浓度胁迫下所有狼尾草种子的发芽率急剧下降.在5%~15%的PEG-6000浓度下LW36和LW50的发芽率呈增加趋势.低浓度渗透溶液下,大部分狼尾草种质的发芽指数、萌发胁迫指数和萌发抗旱指数呈升高趋势,但胚根和胚芽长度受抑程度较大;随着浓度的增加,各指标均呈下降趋势.采用模糊数学隶属函数法对狼尾草的相对发芽率、相对胚根和胚芽长度、抗旱指数、相对活力指数等8项指标进行抗旱性综合评价,结果发现来自重庆的LW36和四川广安的LW50抗旱性较强,而来自湖北钟祥的LW49抗旱性相对较弱,其余材料居中. The germination characteristics and drought resistance of 6 accessions of pennisetum alopecuroides (L.)Spreng germplasm materials from different regions were studied under different osmotic potentials (PEG-6000).The result showed that low concentration of PEG could improve seed germination of all pennisetum alopecuroides germplasm materials except LW4.The germination of seed was inhibited in high concentration (20%).The germination rate of LW36 and LW50 showed the increasing trend in 5% to 15% concentration of PEG-6000.Germination index,germination stress index and germination drought resistance index of the most of pennisetum dopecuroides were increasing trend,but the radicle and plumule length was inhibited greatly under low concentration of osmotic solution.With the increase of the concentration,the all indexes showed a downward trend.Based on 8 indexes such as the relative germination rate,relative length of embryonic bud and root,the index of drought resistance and relative vigor index and so on,fuzzy subordinate function values were analyzed.The strong drought-resistance was Chongqing (LW36) and Sichuan (LW50).The sensitive drought resistance was Hubei province (L49).Others were between the strong and sensitive ones.
