摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析了鲁中地区玉米粉中砷、铬、镉、汞、铅等5种有害重金属元素含量.以碰撞/反应池技术有效消除多原子离子干扰.以茶叶标准物质作为过程监控样品,测定结果与认定值相符合,相对标准偏差(n=5)小于10%.玉米实际样品的标准加入回收率为99.3%~106.7%.
The method of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) for detecting 5 kinds of hazardous heavy metal elements (As,Cr,Cd,Hg,Pb) in maize powder from Luzhong region was developed.The collision/reaction pool technique was used to eliminate the polyatomic ions interfering.Tea standard substance was used as the control.The results were fitted well with the certified value (RSD<10%,n=5).The recoveries of the measured elements in maize powder were among 99.3%~106.7%.
