广西“三农”科技信息管理服务系统的研建与应用

Establishing and Utilizing the System of Science and Technology Information Management and Service for Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers in Guangxi

随着"云计算"时代的来临,尤其是在"三农"科技信息领域里存在的大量非结构化和半结构化数据,对传统信息管理平台提出了"大数据"新要求。面向广西"三农"科技服务对信息资源多样化和具体化的需求,基于农业农村信息资源整合和共享的目的,提出"三农"科技信息管理服务系统研发建设,积极探索面向服务的互联网云技术应用,初步实现信息资源多媒质化集中存贮和多通道式网络化发布,方便信息管理和使用,提高了信息服务的全面性、实用性和针对性。

With the advent of cloud computing,a large amount of unstructured and semi-structured data was insisted in science and technology information area of ＂three agricultures＂.The new requirement of big data was proposed for the traditional information management platform Science and technology oriented service for diversified and specific requirements in Guangxi ＂three agricultures＂ was established.Based on the purpose of agricultural and rural information resources integration and sharing,agricultural science and technology information management service system was developed.The internet cloud applications actively explored more mediumzation centralized storage peliminary and multiple-channel network publicizing,is realized for convenient management and use of information.The comprehensive service,practicability and pertinence of information is improved.
