涂布纸会因为含水量不同而收缩量不同,通过测量纸张的收缩量就可以监控涂料的质量和用量。论述一种基于线阵CCD传感器和计数器的在线测量监控系统。分析了TCD1209线阵CCD传感器的驱动信号并设计了脉宽测量的接口信号。给出了一种利用中断和计数器来测量脉冲宽度的方法。通过系统反复测量验证了该方法的可行性,并同时给出了使用该方法测量的误差范围。
