摘要 HPB300钢筋品种其理、化性能均介于HPB235和HRB335两者之间,如何稳定、经济开发生产这种产品,是广大轧钢企业共同努力研究的目标.攀枝花钢城集团有限公司轧钢分公司利用攀钢废次的渣钢渣铁资源,采用电炉冶炼、棒材连轧线切分与单线轧制相结合,较稳定、经济地开发出中12~22 mmHPB300热轧光圆钢筋的工艺探索情况. The physical and chemical properties of HPB300 are between HPB235 and HRB335. It is all the rolling mill company's research target to study how to develop this product stably and economically. This article introduces ROLLING MILL BRANCH of PANGZHIHUA GANGCHENG GROUP CO. , LTD utilizes the iron and steel slag, adopts the technology of electric furnace smelting and combination of syncopate for bar tandem rolling and one-strand roiling, stably and economically develops the Ф12 -22 mm HPB300hot roiled plain bar process.
