摘要
对X60钢级ф323.9mm×7.1mm螺旋缝埋弧焊接钢管在板卷的开卷前、成型后及静水压等各个阶段的拉伸、冲击韧性性能进行了试验,通过试验发现成型后屈服强度、抗拉强度降低约4%左右,水压后屈服强度、抗拉强度均提高且高于原卷板强度值。
The experiments about tensile and impact toughness properties of the steel grade X60ф323.9mm × 7.1mm spiral submerged arc welded steel pipe in different stages:before coil uncoiling, after forming and hydrostatic pressure. After molding, the yield strength and strength of extension reduce about 4%. Through the hydraulic pressure, the yield strength and strength of extension increase and are higher than the original bending strength values.
