摘要
文章以汽车大梁钢B510L为研究对象,通过改变钢卷在生产过程中的终轧温度和卷曲温度,得出不同的钢卷组织和性能。为了使生产的钢卷组织为铁素体+珠光体,避免贝氏体的生成,保证生产出的钢卷的强度和塑性均能满足B510L的标准性能要求,最佳的终轧温度稍低于材料的AC3温度,同时为降低冷却速度,避免相变发生在贝氏体转变温度范围内,将卷曲温度设定为较高的590℃。
The paper analyzed the auto beam steel B510L.Through changing the process parameters (finishing tempera-ture and coiling temperature )in the steel manufacturing process, different microstructures and properties of steel strip were obtained. In order to get the microstructure of ferrite and pearlite,and avoid the generation of bainite, the strength and plasticity of strip were guaranteed to meet the need of B510L standard properties.The optimum finishing temperature was a little below AC3.In order to decrease the cooling rate and avoid the transformation in the bainite temperature zone, the coiling temperature was set at the high temperature 590℃.
