摘要
炼钢厂钢水罐罐壁工作层的砌筑方式为双螺旋砌筑,由于双螺旋起坡前后存在折点,在往上螺旋砌筑的过程中,折点附近不可避免会产生超标砖缝。为此,将双螺旋砌筑改为四螺旋砌筑,设计相应的起坡砖,使螺旋向上砌筑的坡度完全一致,从而可以完全消除超标砖缝,确保砌筑质量;并在螺旋顶部设计退坡砖,使罐壁工作衬顶部平整一致,有利于罐沿的支模浇注或填料处理。
The method to construct of ladle of converter in steel works is double helix masonry. A break of slope exists before and after the double helix slope. During the upward spiral masonry, the brick joint will inevitably exceed the stan-dard near the break point. Thus, the double helix masonry is changed into the four spirals masonry and designing the ho-mologous slope of brick to make the upward spiral masonry slope be fully consistent, so that the brick joint exceed stan-dard can be completely eliminated and the quality of masonry can be guaranteed. Designing the fall of brick at the top of spiral to make the top of the tank wall lining even and consistent, this is conductive to the pouring or filler treatment of formwork.
