文章介绍了专利保护和技术秘密保护的特点,对两者的区别及联系进行分析,并进一步阐述专利和技术秘密的保护策略。通过对专利和技术秘密保护方法的全面分析比较,提出了企业针对不同的技术如何选择技术保护方式。
The paper analyses the characteristics of patent protection and technology secrets protection, the differences and the relation of them, and further expounds the protection strategy of patents and technical secrets. Through compre-hensive analysis and comparison of the protection method of patent and technology secret, how the enterprise chooses the methods of technology protection according to the different technology is proposed.
