With the purpose of raising the quality of sino-urbanization, improving peasants＇ living condition and realizing coordinative development of urban-rural areas, the constructions of a new-type urbanization are moving forward very fast in different places. The process of the new-type urbanization is a multi-dimensional one, which means different developing paths should be adopted in different areas on the unique cultural and e- conomic basis. Combining the reality of our nation and rural peasants, in the long ran, the in-situ urbanization has taken root in rural areas with its unique advantages and will soon become the right choice of new-type ur- banization strategy in China.
