成教院校职业技能培训存在的问题及应对策略

Problems and Coping Strategies on Vocational and Technical Training in Adult Education Colleges

我国成教院校职业技能培训面临诸多问题,这些问题主要体现在管理体制存在缺陷、教学质量不高、生源不稳定及毕业生就业竞争力低等方面。究其原因,一般是由成教院校管理制度不健全、办学定位不准、服务意识淡薄、市场意识不强等导致的。对此,本文建议成教院校应从管理制度创新、加强教学培训管理、提高市场竞争意识、鼓励开展教学科研活动等方面着手,完善管理制度,提升教学培训质量,从而提高毕业生素质及其就业竞争力。

Vocational training in adult education colleges in China are encountering many chal- lenges, which can be concluded by four points： the flaw management system, the unsatisfactory teaching quality, the unstable student source, and the graduates＇ low competitiveness in the job mar- ket. They are generally caused by four reasons： the imperfect rules and regulations, the inaccurate or featureless teaching orientation, lack of service consciousness, and weak market-oriented aware- ness. In order to meet those challenges, we recommend that the vocational education colleges take the following measures： reforming the management system, strengthening the management of teaching and training, improving the awareness of market competition and encouraging teachers to carry out school-based research.
