高职教师课程开发能力培养的思考——以广东省为例

On Cultivation of Curriculum Development Ability for Vocational Teachers——Case Study of Guangdong Province

没有教师发展就没有课程开发,而课程是实施人才培养、提高教育质量的关键点。本文结合广东省经济发展的要求,针对广东省80多所高职院校教师课程开发能力现状,探索提升高职教师课程开发能力的基本方法,并建立相应保障机制。

There will be no curriculum development without teachers＂ development, and curricu- lum is the key to talent training and educational quality improvement. Considering the demand for the economic development in Guangdong province and current status of teachers＂ curriculum devel- opment there, this paper explores the basic approach to improve curriculum development of voca- tional college teachers and to establish corresponding guarantee mechanism.
