高等继续教育学籍管理的变革及其发展探析

Analysis on the Reform and Development of Student Status Management in Higher Continuing Education

学籍管理一直是学校教学管理工作的重要组成部分,涉及到学员的入学注册、在校表现、综合评定以及毕业就业等环节,是一项复杂细致、政策性强、责任重大的工作。本文从高等继续教育教学管理制度改革的轨迹中,对学籍管理的现状进行了分析,提出了全面提高学籍管理人员素质、全面推进学籍管理现代化方面的建议,旨在探讨高等继续教育学籍管理的新模式。

Student status management has always been an important part of school teaching management, which involves student enrollment, school performance, comprehensive assessment, and graduation and employment status. It is a complicated and detailed task with strong policy and great responsibilities. From the reform track of the higher continuing education teaching manage- ment system, this article analyzes the current situation of the student status management, puts for- ward the proposals of comprehensively improving the quality of administrative staff and promoting the management modernization, aiming at exploring the new mode of higher continuing education student status management.
