校企合作育人模式的实践研究

校企合作育人是校企深度合作的一种重要模式,是高职院校培养高素质高技能人才的一种有效途径。校企合作育人模式是基于高等职业教育人才培养类型和企业发展对人才的需求特点而提出的。校企合作育人模式可聘请企业专家担任专业班的企业教授、工学交替学习、按照"车间组织"安排教学等方式实施。为进一步提高合作育人的成效,则还需思考适时优化专业结构、加强教学质量监控与评价体系、创新灵活多样的教学模式等问题。

Cooperative education is an important model of school - enterprise cooperation, and an effective way of cul- tivating high - quality skilled talents in vocational colleges. The education model of school - enterprise cooperation is set up on the basis of the characteristics of the talent cultivation of higher vocational education and on the basis of the re- quirements of the enterprise development for talents. The education model is put into effect with the methods of lectures in enterprises by industry experts, of students＇ learning by working - learning alternation and of teaching according to the ar- rangement of workshops. To achieving better results in the cooperation education, it is necessary to take the optimization of specialty structure in good time into account, to strengthen the monitoring and evaluation system for teaching quality and to innovate flexible teaching models.
