试析高校体育与人文教育的关系及其实施对策

Analysis on Relationship and Countermeasures to University Physical Education and Humanity Education

人文素质对于提升人的精神境界、促进人的全面发展起着重要作用。文章在分析人文素质基本内涵、高校体育与人文教育关系的基础上,提出了高校体育教学实施人文教育的对策与建议,以期在高校体育教学中融入人文教育来增强大学生的人文素质。

Humanistic quality plays an important role in enhancing the human mental shackles and promoting the hu- man comprehensive development. On the basis of the analysis of on the basic connotation of humanistic quality, the univer- sity physical education and the humanity education, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of hu- manity education in college physical education in order to integrate the humanity education into the university physical ed- ucation to enhance college students＇ humanistic quality.
