当前,在很多领域,法制建设滞后已成为制约经济发展的"瓶颈"。物流法在这方面体现得尤为明显。在市场经济条件下,法律已经成为国家宏观调控和管理经济的重要手段,利用法律来保障和促进物流行业的发展成为当务之急。物流业高速发展必须有相应的法律法规与之相适应,必须要建立一个以市场公平竞争为基础的物流法律规范体系,从而对物流业的发展给予保障并加以规范和监督。

At present, the lag in China＇ s legal system building has become the bottleneck of restricting economic de- velopment in many fields, and the logistics law is particularly apparent. Under the contition of market - oriented economy, the law plays a very important role in the State＇ s macro - control and management of the economy. So, taking advantage of the law to protect and promote the development of the logistics industry is a pressing matter of the moment. The fast devel- opment of the logistics industry must be accommodated to corresponding laws and regulations. A logistics law system must be set up on basis of the market with fair competition, and the development of the logistics industry should be protected, regulated and supervised by the procedure and principles of the law.
