综合不停电法在10kV配电线路跌落式熔断器更换中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 随着配电网的发展,每年需更换大量跌落式熔断器,若采用传统常规带电作业项目或停电更换,都会造成不良影响,为此,可以考虑采用综合不停电方案。以国网河北保定供电公司为例,就综合不停电作业法的作业背景、作业前准备工作、作业流程、作业安全措施和注意事项以及项目中的创新成果作了简要阐述和分析,为今后带电作业项目的实施和推广提供了理论支撑。 With the development of the distribution network, a large number of drop-out fuse need to be re- placed each year, adverse effects may be caused if they were replaced with conventional live working or power inter- rupt project, therefore, we could consider to use integrated power uninterruptible scheme. Based on the example of the network of Hebei Baoding power supply company, its background and preparation before operation and process and operation safety measures and announcements as well as the successful application of innovation achievements are briefly introduced and analyzed, which provides a theoretical support for the implementation and promotion for the future electrification project.
