大中型火电机组锅炉汽包吊装方法的研究

On the Lifting Methods for Large-scale Thermal Power Boiler Drum

在大型火电机组锅炉安装工程中,锅炉汽包尺寸长,重量重,其吊装工作成功与否直接关系到整台锅炉安装的施工进度。以福建漳平2×300MW火电工程锅炉汽包吊装为例,阐述采用卷扬机吊装锅炉汽包的方法。实践证明,该方法经济、方便、安全可靠,值得在其它类似大型火电工程锅炉安装中借鉴推广。

In the installation for large-scale thermal power boiler, boiler drum is long and heavy, lifting drum is directly related to the success of the entire installation of the thermal power boiler. This paper takes the Fujian Zhangping 2x300MW thermal power engineering boiler drum lifting as an example and introduces a lifting method for boiler drum through the use of hoisting machine. Practice proves that the method is economic, convenient, safe and reliable, and is worth spreading in other similar installation projects of large-scale thermal power boiler.
