深度校企合作办学方式探讨

Discussion on the Depth Cooperation Mode between School and Enterprise

高职教育人才培养离不开企业的积极参与,好的合作方式能够促使企业分享学校办学模式改革带来的红利,因而积极参与学校的改革与发展。指出了目前校企合作办学过程中存在的困境,在此基础上,详细论述了实现深度校企合作的方式—协同创新型校企办学模式,分析了新的合作办学模式的优势。

Talents training in higher vocational education cannot success without the active participation of en- terprises, cooperative method can make enterprises share the bonus from the school reform to participate in the re- form and development of the school. This paper shows the dilemma of school-enterprise cooperation and discusses the mode of collaborative innovation of the school-enterprise cooperation in detail. Basis on it, we elaborate the depth school-enterprise cooperation mode--collaborative innovation school-enterprise running mode, and ana- lyze the advantages of new collaborative school runninz mode.
