新建本科高校学报作者队伍分析——以《三明学院学报》为例

Analysis on the Authors of Newly-built University Journals——Taking the Journal of Sanming University as an Example

作者的科研能力与学术水平决定着论文的质量,也关系到学报的出版质量和影响力,作者群状况值得研究。以《三明学院学报》作者队伍为研究对象,得出以下结论:作者在全国的分布较不均,福建省作者最多,有些省份只有一位作者甚至没有。作者的职称结构较合理,其中正、副高职称的作者占一定的比例,但相对较小。作者的合作程度呈增长趋势,这在自然科学类论文尤为明显,表现为同单位作者的合作及与外单位作者的合作。学报已形成校内的核心作者队伍,但发表一次的作者占大部分。学报应进一步发展优秀作者、培育核心作者,完善作者队伍结构。

Author＇s academic ability determines the quality of dissertation, but also to the quality of journal publishing and influence. Taking the journal of Sanming University as an example, we can get the following conclu- sions： the author＇s distribution is unbalance, most of them are from Fujian, but some provinces have only one author or none. Authors positional tide structure is reasonable, and high title takes a certain proportion, but relatively small. The level of author cooperation shows a rising trend, especially in the natural sciences that the performance of the same unit co-operation or with other units. Journal has formed the core authors of the school team, but most of the authors have only one dissertation. So the journal should develop excellent authors, cultivate core authors, per- fection of author＇ s team structure.
