长寿命双通道脱硫喷枪的研制

摘要 依据某厂铁水脱硫工艺条件,在脱硫喷枪损毁原因分析的基础上,对喷枪的耐火材料、孔型及结构进行研究,以莫来石质浇注料、红柱石细粉及αΝAl2O3微粉作为添加剂设计出枪体耐火材料组分,成功研发出一种新型长寿命双通道脱硫喷枪.试验结果表明:在其它工艺条件不变的情况下,采用长寿命双通道脱硫喷枪后的脱硫剂吨铁单耗比使用单通道喷枪降低1.3 kg,脱硫剂利用率提高近30%,喷枪寿命由20~30次提高到100次以上,同时有效地减少了脱硫喷溅引起的铁损,具有较高的推广应用价值. On the base of analyzing the damage reason of the lance, the refractories, structure and hole-form of multi-hole lance for desulfuration are studied according to the technological process of desulfuration, the re- fractory of lance body structure is designed by using mullite as castable and andalusite fine power and α- Al2O3 micro power as additive. The experiment results show that consumption of desulfuration agent is de- creased by 1.3 kg/t.Fe with multi-hole lance rather than original lance, the utilization rate is increased by 30%. The service life of the lance is increased to 100 heats from 20 - 30 heats. The loss of metal is reduced greatly, and it is indicated the lance has a good application value.
