摘要
针对圆盘冷锯机圆锯片的振动问题,采用有限元法对圆锯片进行模态分析,得到不同夹径比圆锯片的前10阶固有频率和主振型,分析圆锯片不同夹径比的振动特性,找到了圆锯片剧烈振动的原因,并验证了有限元法研究圆锯片固有频率的准确性。有限元计算结果为圆盘冷锯机安装情况、工艺参数制定、结构的优化设计和振动控制奠定了一定的理论基础。
Due to the vibration problem of circle saw blade of cold disk saw machine, the finite element meth- od is used for the circle saw blade for modal analysis, the first ten order natural frequency of different clamp di- ameter ratio are obtained, the vibration characteristics of ratio circular blade with different clamp diameter ra- tio are analyzed, the reason of the violent vibration is found, the finite element method is verified to study the correctness of the natural frequency. The finite element calculation results lay a certain theoretical basis for disc cold sawing machine installation, process parameters setting, the structure optimization design and vibra- tion control.
