摘要
随着我国资本市场的快速发展,证券经纪行业的瓶颈逐渐显现出来,证券经纪业务的转型已是必然趋势。在确立了向财富管理业务模式转型的背景下,研究创新模式和改造盈利模式不仅关系到证券营业部的生存之道,对各个证券公司也具有重大的意义。
With the rapid development of China＇s capital market, securities brokerage meets wnu its bottle- neck more often and hence the transformation of the securities brokerage is inevitable. With the transfor- mation of wealth management business model, the innovation mode research and transformation of the profit pattern are of great significance not only for the survival of securities sales departments, but also for all securities companies.
