在当前房地产市场宏观调控政策不断推出,房地产企业竞争日趋激烈的环境下,如何加强房地产开发项目成本控制,增强企业的核心竞争力,已成为房地产企业面临的重大课题。在分析各成本要素构成的基础上,提出有效控制房地产开发项目成本,必须建立全面系统的成本控制体系,明确各阶段成本控制任务,对项目全过程实施有针对性的成本控制。

Under the context of introduction of macroeconomic regulation and control policy of real estate market, as well as the increasing competition among the real estate enterprises, how to enhance the cost control of the real estate development projects and how to improve the core competitiveness have become key issues in the industry. Upon analysis of the cost elements, the thesis proposes to reduce the cost of the development projects by building a comprehensive cost control system, clearing the cost control tasks of all stages and implementing an effective cost control through the process.
