农民工资性收入状况分析——以连云港市为例

An Analysis of Salary Income of Peasant Workers: A Case Study of Lianyungang

新型城镇化进程中,大量农村劳动力向城镇和非农产业转移,劳务经济和工资性收入成为促进农民持续增收的重要渠道。目前,一些制约农民增收的深层次矛盾没有得到有效化解,农民工资性收入增长中还存在许多问题;保持农民工资性收入平稳快速的增长,必须从发展机制、增强农业和农村经济活力、提高农民素质、增强就业能力和政策制度保障等方面下功夫。

Along with urbanization, a large number of rural workers transfer to urban and non-agricultural industry, so salary income from labor economy has become an important channel to promote the sustain- able growth of farmers＇ income. But at present, some deep-seated contradictions restricting farmers＇ in- come increase have not been resolved. Many problems still exist in the growth of farmers＇ salary income. To maintain steady and rapid growth of their salary income, it is necessary to improve development mecha- nism, strengthen agricultural and rural economic vitality, enhance the qualities and employability of farm- ers and build a policy guarantee system.
