摘要
在对大学生就业困难群体进行界定的基础上,着力分析大学生就业困难群体的主要类型、特征和形成原因,提出建构经济帮扶机制、完善就业指导体系、提高就业软实力、加强心理辅导等有效策略,从而促进大学生就业困难群体顺利就业。
Based on the definition of the graduate disadvantaged groups in employment, the paper aims at analyzing the main types, characteristics and causes of the disadvantaged groups. It proposes to construct an economic aid mechanism, to improve career guidance system, to increase employment soft power, to strcngthen psychological counseling and hence to promote the successful employment of disadvantaged groups.
