摘要
原发不明的颈淋巴结转移癌是临床上常遇到的疾患,常因颈部肿块作病理检查证实为转移癌,但经全面系统的检查,至对转移癌开始治疗时,仍未发现颈外转移征象和原发癌。
A retrospective study of 72 patients with metastatic neoplasms of neck unknown primary lesions to be treated in our hospital from 6964 to 1984 is reported. The pursuit of the primary lesions were carried out in the patients after treatment. In this series, the primary lesions were eventually found in 35 patients (48.6%). In the remaining 37 cases (51.4%), the primary foci were still occult. The survival rates of 3, 5, 10-year were 40.3%, 30.6%, and 18.1%, respectively.
