The Relationship between Structure of Higher Education in Xinjiang and Labour Market

文章通过梳理相关数据和文献资料,发现新疆劳动市场存在着就业岗位较少、就业人员构成复杂、就业质量不高等问题,分析了新疆高等教育结构与劳动力市场劳动力市场不相适应的具体表现,在此基础上提出相应对策,使新疆高校的人才培养不仅在总量上满足劳动力市场的需求,而且在结构上实现合理优化,达到与劳动力市场人才需求及就业结构的动态均衡,从而促进新疆经济社会的发展。

By reviewing the related literature data, it＇s found that the jobs provided by Xinjiang＇s labor market are few, employment structure is complex, the employment quality is not high, the concrete manifestation of Xinjiang higher education structure where doesn＇t suit the labor market has been analyzed. Based on all of this, the author has raised corresponding countermeasures in order to let the university talent training in Xinjiang not just only meet the needs of the labour market in total, but also realize the reasonable optimization in structure, then reach the dynamic equilibrium between the Labour market demands and the employment structure. Thus, economic and social development can be able to promoted in Xinjiang.
