＂以提高质量为核心,深化教育教学改革＂是国家骨干高职院校建设的核心内容,而实现这些目标最终要通过专业课程建设来实现。在深化教育教学改革的背景下,究竟怎样建设专业课程？这是国家骨干高职院校建设者所要研究的重大课题。以＂以职业能力本位理念开发的建筑工程技术专业的综合实训课程＂为例,对专业课程开发的原则、流程及主要内容进行一系列研究,为国家骨干高职院校专业课程开发研究提供实践依据。

The main course of building the national key higher vocational colleges of China is to take the quality improvements as the core and to deepen the reform of education, and to achieve these goals, the college needs to con- struct the professional curriculum. But how to construct the professional curriculum for the college, which is under the background of deepening the reform of education, is a major issue for the national key higher vocational colleges＂ re- searchers. To take the ＂comprehensive training course under the concept of vocational competency - based architectur- al engineering technology＂ as an example in the bellowing, the essay discusses the principles, the processes and the main contents of the curriculum development. The results provides the practical basis for the study of national key vo- cational curriculum development andis the sharing source for the colleagues of other universities.
