产业视角下的鞍山市绿色转型绩效分析

Performance analysis of green transformation in Anshan from industry perspective

转型是老工业城市全面振兴的必然选择,合理的产业结构可推进城市可持续发展。以鞍山为研究单元,运用AHP层次分析法对鞍山资源型城市进行转型绩效研究。从经济、社会、环境、资源、产业效益等层面研究了产业结构与资源型城市发展的内在关系。结果显示,鞍山市第二产业比重偏高,一、三产业比重相对较低,产业结构面临着深层次的矛盾,亟待优化升级。研究表明,2007-2011年,鞍山市绿色发展能力水平呈逐年上升趋势,绿色转型取得了一定的绩效。其中,经济、社会、产业3项指标的绩效水平呈上升趋势,资源与环境2项指标的绩效水平呈下降趋势,鞍山市绿色转型能力处于中等水平。

The transformation is an inevitable choice for the comprehensive revitalization of old industrial cit- ies, the reasonable industrial structure can promote the city developing in balanced and sustainable. Anshan is taken as the research unit, Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） is used to evaluate the urban transformation per- formance, and the inner relationship of the development of the industry structure and resource-based cities is researched from the economic, social, environmental, resources and industry benefits, The analysis results show that Anshan is in a high proportion of the second industry, while the proportion of the first and third in- dustry is relatively low. The industrial structure is facing deep contradiction.The research shows that the green transformation of Anshan ability in the medium level, and there is an upward trend in Anshan green develop- ment ability from 2007 to 2011 year. The green transformation has obtained certain performances, and three in- dicators of performance level in economic, social, industry are increasing, but two indicators in resources and environment performance are decreased, which needs to be further improved.
