摘要
为分析知识咨询在高校图书馆的发展趋势,以知识咨询为题,阐述了知识服务就是知识咨询的内涵,论述了知识咨询在用户、馆员、咨询过程的特征,探讨了知识咨询状态下图书馆员角色的变化,提出了高校图书馆的咨询服务由以馆员为本的被动咨询走向以读者为本的主动咨询,以知识讲席的方式适应图书馆知识咨询的发展。
In order to analyze the development trend of knowledge query in university library, the knowledge query is takon as the title, the knowledge service is the connotation, the characteristics of knowledge query in users, librarians and query process are discussed, the role changes of librarians are explored, and the query ser- vice of the library showld be charged from passive query to active query.to adapt to the development of knowl- edge query.
