白细胞介素-1?在骨关节炎发生机制中作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是中老年人常见的慢性关节疾病,病理特点为关节软骨退行性改变、破坏及继发性软骨下骨质增生,临床上表现为关节疼痛、畸形、功能障碍等,严重影响患者生活质量[1]。OA的发病机制尚不明确,一般认为与患者的年龄、性别、肥胖、关节创伤及过度使用、内分泌代谢障碍、遗传易感性等有关,是多因素相互作用的结果[2]。近年来细胞因子在OA发病机制中的作用越来越受人们的关注。研究发现,白细胞介素-1(interleukin-1,IL-1)生物学作用广泛,局部及全身均可以发挥作用,参与炎症反应,促使软骨组织损伤,导致OA的发生。其中IL-1β(interleukin-1β)是促进OA病理过程中软骨基质降解和关节软骨破坏最关键的始动因子,对OA的发生和发展起着关键性作用[3]。
