摘要
基于对H学院1200位师生对大学生党员质量满意度的调查和对600位大学生党员自身质量的实证研究,提出了对学生党员发展要求的指标体系、发展中的对照检查体系和发展后的跟踪培养各阶段目标体系的构建,以期达到保证质量的要求。
Based on a survey of 1200 students and teachers in H University by asking them whether they are satisfied with college student party members and an empirical study of 600 college student party members about their own quality, the paper offers some suggestion for target system construction, inspection system construction and follow-up system construction respectively before, when and after college students become party members so as to secure the quality of college student party members.
