再灌注时代急性心肌梗死伴急性心力衰竭的诊疗策略 被引量：3

摘要 急性心肌梗死（AMI）的早期再灌注治疗日趋成熟。早期再灌注治疗，包括溶栓和直接经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PPCI），可以开通梗死相关动脉（IRA），挽救濒临坏死心肌细胞，从而改善心功能。PPCI比溶栓治疗能更好地恢复冠状动脉血流，减少心肌损伤和缩小梗死面积。然而，即使成功开通IRA，急性心力衰竭（AHF）仍然是AMI患者院内死亡的主要原因，可能原因：（1）PCI前心肌梗死面积过大，
