木犀草素对心力衰竭的防治作用及机制
摘要
充血性心力衰竭（congestiveheartfailure，CHF）是各种心脏结构或功能性疾病导致心室充盈和（或）射血能力受损而引起的一组综合征。近年来心血管疾病已成为世界范围内的一个现代流行病，作为多种心血管疾病的最终结局，CHF发病率和病死率逐年升高的趋势日益明显，因此提高CHF的防治水平势在必行。
