摘要 胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)是于进食后由肠道L细胞释放的一种胃肠道激素。咀嚼行为本身可能刺激GLP-1的分泌。该激素可增强葡萄糖依赖的胰岛素合成和分泌,同时抑制胰高糖素的分泌,延缓胃排空。并且可以刺激β细胞再生和增殖。GLP-1可以通过迷走神经作用于下丘脑的受体起到控制食欲和增强饱感的作用。GLP-1还可以对神经系统和心血管系统起到保护作用。 GLP-1 is a gut hormone which is secreted by intestinal endocrine L cells in response to ingested nutrients. Chewing can stimulate secretion of GLP-1. GLP-1 regulates glucose levels by stimulating glucose-dependent insulin secretion and biosynthesis, and by suppressing glucagon secretion, delaying gastric emptying. GLP-1 also increases beta cell proliferation and neogenesis. GLP-1 can control appetite and enhance satiety and fullness through vague to hypothalamic GLP-1 receptor. GLP-1 can also protect neuron system and cardiovascular system.
