B、T淋巴细胞弱化因子在人类免疫性疾病中的作用及机制研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 B、T淋巴细胞弱化因子(B and T lymphocyte attenuator,BTLA)是类似于CTLA-4和PD-1的一种共抑制性分子,在负向调控外周免疫耐受和免疫应答中具有重要作用。动物疾病模型的研究表明:BTLA在多种疾病的发生、发展中起着重要的作用,但在人类免疫性疾病中的作用尚不明朗。本文以近年来BTLA在人类免疫性疾病的临床研究为基础,综述BTLA在人类免疫性疾病中的作用及机制,从中归纳其在人类免疫性疾病中的规律,探讨BTLA在临床疾病发生、发展的机制,为以BTLA为靶点的人类免疫性疾病的诊断、治疗和预防策略提供依据。 B and T lymphocyte attenuator (BTLA) is a co-suppression molecule similar to CTLA-4 and PD-1, has an important role in the negative regulation of peripheral immune tolerance and immune responses. BTLA plays an important role in a variety of diseases in animal disease models, but the role of immunological diseases in humans is unclear. Herein, we base on the clinical research of BTLA involved in human immunological diseases, which summarized its role and mechanism in human immunological diseases, and to explore the development mechanism and to provide evidence for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention strategies to human immunological diseases.
